1. Please be near Mobile,Alabama. In driving distance within two hours. If you are more than two hours away, but can travel, please tell me in your application!

2. Be able to meet-up at least once a year! I'm 15 and cannot drive yet, so if others join that can't drive, you won't have to participate in meetups, but please try to! When you get you drivers liscense, you will have to be able to meet at least twice a year.I don't know how many events we might have, but this is why you have to be near Mobile. Basically our meetups will be going to the mall, beach, or anywhere else we feel like going.

3. Do not talk badly about the circle to others. If you have a problem, please contact me (Nana) or any other staff member and we can sort it out.

4. Please be nice to other members of Glitter and the other members on the forum. Do not talk badly about how another member dresses or does their makeup. If you are rude, you will get one warning and if you continue after the warning, you will be banned from the circle and from the forum! Rudeness will not be tolerated!

5. Please stay active! Even if you do not participate in a lot of meetups, please stay active on the forum! And please keep in touch with other members of the circle! If you are not active in the forums for more than one month, you will be deleted from the forum and the circle, but unlike rule #4, you can re-join the circle. If you know you will not be active on the forums for a month or more (you go on a trip,get grounded, etc.) you will not be deleted if you let me know why you will not be active.

6. You have to be at least 13 to join the circle. A lot of circles have a minimum age of 16 or 18, but I think we should start at 13!

7. And last, you don't have to know all about gyaru to be in the circle. I will try to put as much info up as possible, so that you can all learn what its all about!

That seems like a lot of rules, but it's what I think should be good rules.
